Advanced Scuba Training at Rum Runner

Once you have completed the open water diver course, or if you've been diving for years, the NAUI Advanced Scuba Diver certification teaches you how to adjust to varying conditions, environments, and activities. You will gain more confidence and capability through this course. This course is appropriate for divers who:

• desire additional training
• have recently moved to a new area and desire local orientation
• do not have, but wish to have NAUI certification
• desire orientation to a variety of diving sites and conditions.

The Course: The advanced diver course is comprised of an evaluation of your current skills, academic instruction, and 6 open water dives in varying conditions. Diving conditions may include deep diving (80+ feet), low visibility (or night) diving, navigational diving, underwater hunting, light salvage work, naturalist, underwater photography, nitrox diving, and non-penetration wreck diving.

Equipment: Rum Runner provides all instructional materials, gear rental (BC, wetsuit, and regulator), and certification card. Divers must pay for checkout dives.
